The structure of pallet automatic storage system is divided into three parts: "pallet pick-up mechanism", "storage material rack" and "warehousing logistics control system".

2. Machine side ring storage system

3. Automatic tool change power turret module

At present, general turning-milling machines in China are equipped with servo-powered turrets, but commercially available power turrets do not have the function of automatically loosening the tool holders. Therefore, PMC has developed a tool holder module that can perform fast and automatic tool change for the power turret of the turn-mill machine.

     

Mod features

In order to improve the tool change operation time of the turning-milling machine, PMC has developed an automatic tool change power turret module, which can be highly integrated with the tools of the tool storage system, so that the tools used for machining are not limited to the tools at the turret end, and can reduce the time of personnel tool changes.

   

Design architecture

The automatic tool change power turret module mainly uses the "loose broach brake mechanism" to quickly start the loose knife and broach action, and the "loose broach mechanism" is designed in the tool holder with the general power turret drive mode.

   


A. Loose broach brake mechanism

•Highly integrated with the automatic tool change mechanism of the power turret, the broach brake mechanism is developed, and the cutting power spindle is used to control the broach action.

B.  Loose broach mechanism
•The screw and spring loose broach mechanism developed for the tool holder design can greatly reduce the size of the tool holder without the need for a hydraulic device.
