PMC has developed Taiwan's first industrial collaborative dual-arm robot with 14-axis synchronous motion control. This year, it includes intelligent visual judgment, allowing it to smartly assess the intent of an approaching object based on its speed and direction. The robot's brain can immediately issue commands to stop operations in case of emergencies. Compared to the traditional method of passively presetting safety distances, this upgrade minimizes unnecessary production line shutdowns and maintains uptime. 1. 14-axis Industrial Collaborative Dual-Arm Robot
With high flexibility, safety, and adaptability in production, the robot is designed to collaborate directly with humans in industrial production lines, improving productivity efficiency. The PMC controller synchronously controls the dual arms, allowing fluid and precise execution of complex multi-surface assembly tasks.
2. Human-Robot Safety Collaboration Technology
Equipped with hand-guided teaching, collision safety stop, and safety zone detection technologies. The vision-based safety module provides real-time feedback and adjusts the arm's speed to ensure operator safety. It is ideal for confined operational spaces requiring human participation, such as electronics assembly, creating an agile and highly efficient manufacturing environment.
3. Integrated Joint Module
Each axis uses PMC’s in-house developed integrated joint module with combined drive and control. This enables sensor-free safety drive technology.
